Nicole Poppell is an artist who, in addition to smaller pieces of art is responsible for some of our neighborhood art. She sketched the mural. shown, as paint by number and neighbors had a party filling it before she did the finishing details on Central and Eva.
Little Shop of Hydros
This shop specializes in organic and hydroponic gardening. The shop sells, nutrients, lighting, growing medium and more. Jeremy, the owner, offers gardening classes at Sunnyslope High, the community garden and at the store where he has a teaching and learning garden. You can find him at Farmers Markets, garden sows and more. Jeremy has been supportive of Palo Verde Neighbors offering his classroom for our meetings.

Love this little place! He has Falafel mix and nuts in the bulk section. Nice selection of jams, olives, spices and middle eastern rice. The Tasty Middle Eastern feta, labne and pita bread at a great price. Frozen hard to locate items like phyllo dough, lamb and okra, too. Recommended by Pat and Laura

Nice to find an honest fair priced mechanic close to home. Pat Ford has used Chill Scardino for a headlight issue, a fuel pump and alternator work. Barb and Mark use Scardinos for their fleet of trucks.
